A furniture and interior design business needed to transition from traditional product-based e-commerce to a reservation-based service platform for in-store consultations. Required a complete booking system with calendar integration, group size selection, and payment processing.
Solution
Built a custom booking platform on Shopify integrating Tipo Booking. Implemented seamless flow from date/time selection calendar through group size specification to payment completion. Integrated Algolia search, analytics tools, and heatmap tracking to optimize the booking experience.
Impact
Successfully transitioned from inventory-based retail to premium experiential services. Appointment-only model enabled efficient resource management and high-quality consultations for each customer.
